Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026

We keep cookie use to a minimum: strictly necessary cookies always run, and analytics cookies only run if you opt in.

1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Gym Daddy website and application, and the choices you have about them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the site and application working and cannot be switched off. They include your login session cookie, security/anti-forgery cookies, and a cookie that remembers your light/dark theme preference. We do not ask for consent to these, as they are required for the service to function.

3. Optional analytics cookies

On our public marketing pages (the homepage, Help Center and legal pages), we offer the option to enable anonymous analytics and advertising-measurement cookies — Google Analytics, Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to help us understand how visitors find and use the site.

These are OFF by default. They only load if you click “Accept analytics” on the cookie banner shown on your first visit, and never inside the authenticated gym-owner/staff or admin portals. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you review and delete cookies, and block cookies from specific or all websites. Doing so may affect how well the site and application work, particularly for strictly necessary cookies.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above.
