Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when subscription fees for Gym Daddy are and are not refundable. We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy works alongside our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Free Basic plan

The Basic plan is offered free for a limited promotional period, so no payment is taken and no refund applies. You can explore the platform at no cost before deciding to upgrade.

3. Subscription fees

Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except as described below.

4. When we do offer refunds

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were billed twice or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
• Billing errors on our side — if you were charged an incorrect amount, we will correct it and refund the difference.
• Service unavailability — if a confirmed, prolonged outage on our side prevented you from using the Service for an extended period, we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.

5. How to request a refund

• Email hello@gymdaddy.app from your registered owner email with your gym name, the charge date and amount, and the reason for the request.
• Include any relevant details such as the transaction or invoice number.
• We will review and respond within three business days.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after we initiate the refund.

7. Taxes

Where a refund is issued, any applicable taxes (such as GST) collected on the refunded amount are handled in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
